Carol's Walking Club
Come join us every Saturday at 8:00 am at the Warminster Community Park (formerly Warminster Naval Air Development Station) behind Ann’s Choice Retirement Community.
Everyone is welcome to come every week or once a month; whenever you can fit it in your busy schedule, your heart will thank you!
One mile loops us back to the parking lot which gives us the opportunity to then continue on for a longer walk with anyone who is game for more. One mile walk takes roughly 30 minutes. We talk, laugh, and frequently spot wildlife.
Be sure to check with your doctor before starting any new exercise.
Inclement weather will cancel the walk; the calendar section of the front page is updated by 7:00 am Saturday to reflect any decision to cancel.

2012 will be our 7th Annual Girls with Gears cycling event presented by Bikesport. Everyone is welcome! Join us for a morning of fun while we raise awareness of women’s heart health. Lunch is included. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Helmets are required! This amazing event takes place at Limerick Community Park in Limerick, PA. Space is limited so be sure to register early!
Girls with Gears offers plenty of route choices for the beginner rider to the advanced. Individual or Group Rides Available: Ride choices are 10 miles, 25 miles, 40 miles, or 62 miles (no group ride on the 40 and 62 mile rides). All routes are completely on the road-no trails are used.
*GWG is limited to the first 1200 participants. Day of registration will only be available if space is still available so be sure to register early!
